Delivery Information 

All our items are handmade to order therefore please allow a 1-3 day production time.

Our production days are Mon-Fri.

Please note that delivery times exclude production times therefore we will of course send your order 1^st class once production is complete.

All our UK packages are shipped 1^st Class Royal Mail the delivery times are an estimate and are not always accurate. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us.

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. We ship most of our items in letterbox friendly packaging which means if you are not at home, your item can still be safely delivered.

EU & International Orders

Orders shipped within the EU or Internationally maybe subject to taxes, fees, customs, duties or other charges which are outside of our control. We are unable to advise the amount this maybe, as it varies by county.

The recipient of the goods is responsible for these charges and these will need to be paid prior to the goods being delivered. We advise checking your countries policies prior to placing your order. Customs clearing process may incur delays of upto 45 days.

If delivery is refused or payment of any charges aren’t made, refunds wont be processed until the goods arrive back with us. Any charges incurred in returning of the goods and original shipping fees with the deducted from the refund. This may take upto 45 days.

Other delivery information.

Please ensure that you double check your delivery address details when placing your order. If your delivery address is incorrect due to customer error we are unable to accept liability for items delivered to the incorrect address. If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, shipping charges will apply to redispatch the order.

We do not recommend using a business delivery address. If you choose to have your order delivered to a business address it is at your own risk and we will not be liable for any items lost within the business or workplace.
